Binary or duality concepts are important in the theologies. These include concepts such as good and evil, blessings and curses, saved and unsaved and yin yang. These binary concepts are also artistically significant, for instance, dark and light and contrasting colors and values.

Also, for an UnGraven Image artist, the differing binary mathematical values of the Hebrew letters (the symbol-strokes) points out the choices and possibilities always present in the physical universe that always and only exists in the now.

There is another similarity between elementary physics theory and Hebrew letters. Originally it seems that scientists though that the pre or smallest particles were shaped more like donuts. Except, they discovered that their equations did not fully work. Then string theory and M theory (now reconciled into one), where infinitesimally tiny essences look to me like Hebrew letters.

Another duality shared by both the Hebrew letters and M theory's branes is that they are both either – but not simultaneously—solid matter or energy waves. Letters are either visible (written) particles (matter) or energy waves (spoken sound), depending on how they are presented.

Thus, the Creator speaks, “Let there be light,” that are sound energy waves. But when we read about the event as written down the visible letters are matter (particles).

Physicists have also discovered that when an experiment is observed, the very act of being observed, by a human being with pre-conceived views and energy can change the outcome. For an artist this is amazingly important. It means that human beings can impact reality, simply by observation.

We can change the world by our thoughts and attitudes – how we see the world.

Inspiring how we visually see the world is the job of the artist. My job.

While the scientific debate continues over the value of quantum Mechanics vs. Einstein's theory that holds to a precise or ordered universe, maybe both are correct.

As vibrations (waves) join and harmonize to form sounds, so the branes as vibrations may join and harmonize ad sounds harmonize to form words and tunes.

Oppositely, but equally valid, when the branes are experimented upon or equations are created that deal with the branes as pre-particles (matter) they my line up more with an ordered universe, which falls in line with Einstein's theory.

The idea that as energy Quantum Mechanics may hold true but as particles Einstein's more orderly ideas may be valid seems to be my own, based on using the properties of phonetic and binary Hebrew letters to represent M theory's branes. They are my strokes in every painting and work of visual art. So, I am not a scientist. I am an artist whose job it is to inspire us to see the world in new, meaningful ways.
