The Art of Seeing The Divine in Ourselves & Others

Portraits Painted and Created with Symbol-Strokes

"And God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them." -- Genesis 1:27

Like all Post Conceptual UnGraven Image Art, the meaning of an Essence Portrait is in the strokes used to create the image.

There are actually two styles of Post Conceptual Essence Portraits. The one that is most familiar is features in the images on this page and is the one that is most familiar.

However, the original Essence Portrait that uses the Torah font letters to create a portrait is Judy Rey Wasserman's signature-portrait logo.

Enjoy the video below to learn about the history of portraits, portrait painting, and the radically new Post Conceptual Essence Portraits!
