If you are not satisfied, for any reason whatsoever, simply pick up the phone and call me personally at (631) 259- 3476. I will have a refund check cut, refund the money to your charge card or (and this happened once) if a replacement print is needed due to damage in shipping, send a new one to you as soon as the damaged or unwanted print and materials are returned or we have a report back from the postal or UPS inspector, who may take the damaged goods instead.

Insurance for all prints is included with our shipping costs always. If there is any problem with shipping contact us immediately and we will work with USPS, UPS or whatever the shipper was to rectify the problem. Plus, we will get the order to you in perfect shape even if it means reissuing a new print of the same number, with a new COA and code number for provenance. Our mission depends on your satisfaction.

Money Back Guarantee offer is good for 30 days from when the print(s) are shipped by us to you. Exceptions can be made and the time when the print is given as a gift if we are notified in advance of the date of gifting. This is important as often prints are sponsored or part of a fundraising drive so we need to know exactly when a deal is really completed and satisfactory so we can affiliate and/or non-profit fundraising checks.
