In the scripture art painting Genesis Sunset Dalet the moment of light depicted is so strong that it seems to create a dip in the land beneath it from its “weight”.
My greatest Aha! Moment kind of crept in on me, and I continue to fall up into it.
It totally turned my life around. Aside from being a mother and now grandmother, it became my life’s mission. It changed the way that I actually see the world and as an artist, my mission is to share that vision so others can see the world in a more meaningful way, full of inspiration, possibilities and blessings.
When the brain is taught to visually recognize emotional energy as just energy when it decodes perceptual impressions, unwanted emotional subconscious re-stimulation can decrease. This is also being accomplished through a new form of art.
The image here of Lover’s Sunset, is a postcard sized study that will be one of the special rewards of the Crowd Funding campaign that will launch after Passover and Easter in 2014 and run until Shavout and Pentecost. All strokes are original Torah Font (Hebrew) letters Genesis 1-2:6
Mankind is really only colored the variations of the earth. Extend your forearm next to anyone else’s and theirs may be lighter or darker, bit yellower or redder in hue but as an artist, I can say that these are only differences in shades, not really in much color. We’re all basically colored like the dirt of the earth.
What if an artist would name a painting after you? As the art lived on. passing from one generation to another, or to other collectors, you would be remembered. Or what if you wanted to give someone special a unique gift of a painting named after them?
This image of Sebonac Road Genesis Sunset study is a view from just outside of the front of my home’s hedges. The sketch it is based upon was created about a month ago by me standing in the middle of the road, and moving when a car approached from either direction. After the summer ends, we do not get much traffic.
Genesis Candle Aleph (Study) is a new painting created with the original letters of Genesis 1:1-5 for the strokes. Those symbol strokes are made with watercolor pencils and acrylic paint on watercolor paper.
To to illustrate my upcoming new eBook and also for the Internet, I am creating small works ranging from about 8″ x10″ (page size) to postcard size like artwork pictured in this blog. Ironically, my strokes do not get that much bigger with the larger works because the idea is that they basically cannot be seen as the symbols (letters) simultaneously represent both the letters of the words of the Creator that can also be scientifically understood as the strings of elementary physics.
